The Haltere Group has created a special HBCU Housing Initiative designed to combat the student housing crisis affecting these iconic institutions nationwide.
Through our dedicated efforts, we aim to provide modern and affordable housing solutions for HBCU students and faculty across the country.
Despite the rich and prestigious legacies of historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), most of them are grossly underfunded and under-resourced, which has resulted in an unsustainable nationwide housing crisis. The Haltere Group is actively aiming to change this.
Through collaboration and innovation, Haltere is driving development and revitalization in communities that have been overlooked for far too long.
