A 40 Under 40 Achievement Awardee, successful entrepreneur, savvy investor, and real estate powerhouse, Mikáel Pyles is on a mission to help others create generational wealth. Originally from sunny Southern California, Mikáel is an esteemed graduate of Clark Atlanta University where he studied International Business and Supply Chain Management. After college, Mikáel springboarded into the corporate world where he won various accolades for his contributions to some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world, such as the Target Corporation. Although he found great success in corporate America, Mikáel realized that a “good job” was not a pathway to financial freedom. Thus, he decided to bet on himself and left the corporate world to become an entrepreneur—which ended up being the best decision of his life.
At just 27 years old, Mikáel became a top-producing realtor in New York City, brokering many multi-million dollar transactions, and ascending as one of the most sought-after experts for buyers and investors. In the midst of building his real estate empire, Mikáel was simultaneously running other businesses. Perhaps most notably, Mikáel co-founded QuikLiq—a burgeoning tech startup that has been featured in Black Enterprise, Yahoo News, the Miami New Times, Essence Magazine, and the South Florida Business Journal. Most recently, Mikáel was made Partner and appointed as President of the Haltere Group—a Black-owned, impact-driven commercial real estate firm with $40 million of assets under management and growing. Mikáel and his partners at Haltere Group have recently been featured in BISNOW, Enspire Magazine, Parle Magazine, Our Weekly, and Money Making Conversations with Rushion McDonald.
When he is not educating the community on creating financial freedom and building wealth in real estate, Mikáel enjoys cooking gourmet dishes for his lovely wife, Angel, and doting on his newborn son, Mylen.
