Marceid joined Ernst & Young (EY) in 2013. He currently is a Senior Manager in the Construction and Real Estate Advisory Services practice where he leads a dynamic team of professionals with project experience in planning, design, construction, and operation of facilities of diverse scale across a wide variety of industries. He provides corporate and investor clients with broad construction and commercial real estate related consulting services globally. Prior to joining Ernst and Young, Marceid worked as a Project Manager for Turner Construction Company, a global general contractor. While employed with Turner, he was recognized as one of the Top 20 Under 40 engineers in the State of California by Engineering News-Record Magazine.
Marceid operates with his client’s best interest in mind to deliver exceptional client services and sustainable results aimed at improving his client’s current state and competitive position and solving the difficult problems/issues they face. Examples of service offerings include: Program Management Office, Project Risk Office, Process Improvement, Strategic planning, Contract Compliance Assessment, Construction Cost Assessment, Risk Assessment, and Litigation and Claims Support.
Marceid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. When he is not working with clients, he fulfills his time leading the EY Los Angeles office Black Professional Network, spending time with family & friends, cheering on the Los Angeles Lakers, and giving back to his community.
